Tell the whole community of Israel that on the tenth day of this month they must each select an animal of the flock according to their fathers' families, one animal per family. - Exodus 12:3
Thank God for Jesus! Literally ... do that right now. I'll be here when you come back.
Yahweh
is Holy and to enter into His Presence holiness is required. This is
such a serious Truth that in Hebrews 12:14a we're told without holiness
no one will see The Lord. After Adam and Eve sinned and relinquished
Dominion of The Earth to satan, The Lord had to sacrifice an animal on
their behalf so they could continue to approach Him (Genesis 3:21). It
wasn't just for clothes, Saints.
We learn in Hebrews 9:22 that
anything desiring to come into Yahweh's Presence needs to be cleansed
and the only way to cleanse it is with blood - without the shedding of
blood there is no remission of sin. In the ancient Tabernacles
everything had to be sprinkled with blood because blood made it holy.
Not completely holy, of course, because only Jesus' Blood thoroughly
cleanses according to God's Standards.
In Exodus we read God
planned to release His Angel of Death to judge Egypt, but He had a
strategy for the Israelites' Divine Protection. At the same time, He had
the same plan for us several thousand years down The Timeline. But our
Divine Protection is complete and perfect. Our Divine Protection is
Yeshua the Messiah, whose sinless Blood originated in The Seed of The
Most High God, and not from humans who carry sin in their blood.
If
the imperfect blood of lambs protected Israel back in the days of
Exodus, think how much more Jesus' Perfect Blood protects us today.
Hallelujah!
Blessed is He who comes in The Name of The Lord!!
Daily Prayer:
I plead The Blood of Yeshua over myself (I also name my immediate family members) spirit,
soul and body and declare a bloodline around us that cannot be crossed
but upon pain of death. I plead The Blood over my home, vehicles,
businesses, my accounts - online and off and everything placed in my
hands to steward.
