Right-Now Healing

I went to a doctor's appointment with someone yesterday. I anointed them with oil and prayed over them right in front of the medical professionals. Now I'm expecting God to show Himself mighty as a sign to them and to also bring healing to this body that has been told there's no cure.

This whole situation got me thinking and asking The Lord questions. He loves questions. I asked Him why don't we have right-now healing power like Yeshua did when He was on earth, and does still now, today.

Think of all the people out there going broke paying medical bills, copays and for prescriptions when keys to the power of immediate healing are up there. This dilemma troubles me. Later, after asking why we don't have this healing power, I was praying in tongues with the BitS group and Holy Spirit said, "The potential is there." So that means I have to keep asking, seeking and knocking until I get more understanding.

He ministered real good to my spirit, too, while we prayed. I'm at 143 hours of tongues in 3 months. I've got something amazing coming my way. I'm overdue pregnant.

The Lord also began to remind me that deliverance is often a necessary part of healing for us because we've moved far from The Truth of The Word in so many ways. God tells us to take dominion, and we run and hide and assume cultural/world consequences are the only ones we have to suffer. Not true. If we're called to politics or business or education or entertainment and don't go there, we're sinning and are under consequences of that disobedience. And a lot of it manifests as illness. Disease is dis (negative or reversing force) and ease (absence of difficulty) together. And The Written Word tells us in Exodus 15:26 that if we listen to and obey God's Law He would not put any of the sicknesses of Egypt (which is a type of hell) on us. Also see Deuteronomy 7:15.

I continued to mull this over and then He reminded me of how demons sit in parts of bodies to cause disease, pain, etc. So I took authority as a high priest, having no time or distance in the spirit, and as one called as a deliverer for this person and began to address any demons hiding in their body, and I went to war with The Law asking God to burn, batter, slash and smash the demons as I prayed. And I'll keep loosing The Word on them until real healing comes.

Jesus, You're the Great Healer. You live in us and we honor You. Teach us to tap into heaven and receive power for immediate healing so that we can be extraordinary witnesses for You on the earth. Make it so, Holy Spirit. Amen.
